no wifi in rooms as advertised on your site.very basic breakfast.shower drain blocked, water everywhere

blood stain and footprint on bedsheets, shampoo in bathroom had been used. Minibar empty. Aircon moody.

The room was quite nice. We actually had a view.

The lady who checked us in seemed like it was all a big hassle for her to check us in. When we checked into our room we realised there was no DVD player as it says on Booked.net and we didnt even have any toilet roll. So after another trip down to reception we had both. The air con in our room did not work properly despite being on 18c for hours the room was never cool. On our second day they cleaned the room and failed to close the door afterwards leaving all of our belongings at risk. You could even see that the door was not closed on approaching it. We tried to explain this to the reception but no one spoke good enough english to understand us so we just told them not to clean the room the next day. The doors on our floor were very dodgy, ours was difficult to close and lock and the door on the room next door was very difficult to open as we could hear them trying to drag the door open each morning.

Location perfect. For a cheap stay ok

À bit noisy, aweful breakfast with far overdated ingredients. Breakfast room was still closed when we wanted to have breakfast. Hotel lacks firm equipment for preparing breakfast. No safety lockers in room

Location was very good close to beach shops etc. receptionist purchased our tickets for vinpearl and booked our taxi to airport etc she was very nice. We got the suite which had a view if the sea large balcony with seating area and a jacuzzi well worth paying extra for !

There was a flight smell coming from the pipes in bathroom.

The place was clean and the breackfast was good.

Good location of the hotel only 5 minutes from the beach. Receptionist is a very good dealer and is able to provide you with everything.

Air condition is quite noisy .

Rooms are above average. Comfortable and clean.

One of the members of staff was quite lazy and seemed high at one point.

Nothing really, just the location but heaps of other hotels were around.

I did not like their rooms. First we stayed at the top class with jacuzzi but that didn't work at all. It couldn't work as it was not plugged to the water (surely they must've known that but when asked about it they denied it), also they have bee nest on the balcony, so you can not even open the window and look out as you would be sting by bees...? Bit disappointed. Staff did not react to it at all. Then we took the cheaper room that was also awful. No safe in room, security of the room is unsatisfactory - the door lock could be open with hear pin, cockroaches everywhere, no blanket sheet over the blanket so everyone sleeps under same unwashed blanked.... Disgusting and most importantly the air-condition they have doesn't work properly, can not make cool in the room even if the room is approx.18m2 and you have it running all night; and once you leave the hotel, they see you that you went out and they switch the air-condition and you have to ask them to put it back on once you are in the room.... I never stayed in ugliest, unfriendly hotel in my life and this has been truly disgusting experience ever. You can get better hotel for the same value. Just be aware. One more thing, be sure that when you paid for room with breakfast that you will ask to get the breakfast. As we twice did not get it because the guy in reception told us that no breakfast is served in this hotel. When we showed him the voucher he then said “upstairs”. The actual breakfast is very, very poor 

the location is very good, 5 mins walk to the beach. very clean, the restaurant is on the top the hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms. Not far from the beach and in very close vicinity to eateries, shops. Take some time to warm up with guests, but once done very friendly and helpful staffs. Good breakfast.

Staff, location, breakfasts were super OK if simple. Great spot.

Breakfast was at the rooftop, a little bit shabby and little breakfast (one bread and jam/butter).

Very clean, great location. The room was spacious with everything we needed. The breakfast was good! The breakfast lady really friendly. The lady on reception was lovely, very helpful!

They tried to push tours a little too much at the start of our stay and when he was on duty, we would often find him across the road playing cards... So we would have to wait for him for our room key which was a bit annoying. Also, hired a bike for a second day in a row and they gave it to us with hardly any petrol and we broke down before we got to the petrol station, however, they helped us out eventually!

Big, clean room, air-con, TV, fridge and WiFi. Very good location. Very good price!

Curtains in the room did not really darken the room in the morning. Breakfast rather poor.
